Ingredients:
• 2 cups Lalbaba Basmati Steam Rice
• Mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas)
• Whole spices (bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon)
• 1 sliced onion
• 1 tbsp ghee
• Salt
Method:
1. Sauté whole spices in ghee.
2. Add onion, fry till golden.
3. Add vegetables and cook 3–4 minutes.
4. Add rice + measured water.
5. Cook on moderate flame till fluffy.
