Ingredients:
• 1 cup Lalbaba Basmati Steam Rice
• 2 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp ghee
• 2 cups water
• Salt
Method:
1. Wash rice thoroughly.
2. Heat ghee, add cumin until crackling.
3. Add rice and lightly sauté.
4. Add water + salt, cook uncovered.
5. Drain excess water (if any), rest covered 5 minutes.
✨ Best served with dal or paneer curry.
