Ingredients:
• 2 cups cooked Lalbaba Basmati Rice
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• Mustard seeds
• Curry leaves
• Peanuts
• Green chilli
• Turmeric
• Salt
Method:
1. Heat oil, add mustard seeds & curry leaves.
2. Add peanuts & green chilli.
3. Add turmeric and cooked rice.
4. Switch off flame, add lemon juice & mix gently.
