Lemon Rice (Quick & Refreshing)

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked Lalbaba Basmati Rice

2 tbsp lemon juice

Mustard seeds

Curry leaves

Peanuts

Green chilli

Turmeric

Salt

Method:

1. Heat oil, add mustard seeds & curry leaves.

2. Add peanuts & green chilli.

3. Add turmeric and cooked rice.

4. Switch off flame, add lemon juice & mix gently.
