Ingredients:
• 2 cups pre-cooked & cooled Lalbaba Basmati Rice
• Chopped veggies
• Prawns
• Boneless shredded chicken
• Eggs
• Soy sauce
• Spring onion
• Pepper
• Garlic
Method:
1. Take oil into a pan, fry some eggs into it, then keep it aside.
2. Then add chicken and prawns on the pan and add some salt & pepper, chilli flakes, fry it lightly and keep it aside.
3. Stir-fry garlic in hot wok.
4. Add veggies, cook on high flame, then add fried eggs, prawns, chicken.
5. Add rice + soy sauce + pepper.
6. Toss quickly (don’t overmix).
7. Garnish with spring onion.
